Kev Campbell, the Media Incentive and Grant Specialist at the Montana Department of Commerce Film Office provides a thorough overview of the basic business elements required to apply for the Big Sky Film Grant, which likely will be very competitive. A complete application and demonstrated readiness are essential to furthering the application in the grant selection review process. Information will be shared on best practices for completing the grant application as well as conducting business in the state (business structure, registering with the IRS and the Montana Secretary of State’s Office, insurance, accounting, and much more). Both first-time and returning applicants are encouraged to attend.
